Use of our services for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: distributing malware, conducting cyber attacks, engaging in illegal gambling, distributing infringing content, or any other activity that violates applicable law. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
We are committed to providing a highly available service with a target uptime of 99.9%. However, the service may occasionally be interrupted due to technical maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions but will make every effort to restore the service as quickly as possible.
All subscription plans include a 7-day risk-free money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within 7 days of subscribing, you may request a full refund with no questions asked. Refund requests after 7 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for annual and two-year plans are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused days.
